"Noah" Movie Draws Heat as Being "Politically Incorrect"

Never have I seen such an onslaught of criticism of what looks to be another well done Biblical epic on a par with "The Ten Commandments", which by the way, also diverged from the Biblical script.  I don't get it.  This movie is a valuable message about how this is God's world and when we break his commandments we suffer the consequences.  Some may say "There are too many concerns about overpopulation or environmentalism in this movie".  One of the strangest criticism's of the movie is that it was "Too Dark".  They obviously haven't seen "The Passion of the Christ".  That one drove me right out of the theater- or where I was watching it for Free.  Clearly the effects and cinamatography and acting are great.  But the headlines scream "Christians and Moslems united in their condemnation of this movie.  From the Islamic point of view, they seem not to have problems with the script per se, and Noah is hailed as a Prophet of God in the Koran.  I've read the pessages.  But ANY portrayal of a religious figure in Islam, no matter how favorible, is disallowed.  If you're looking for the Cosmic take on things, Mal Evans and the Federation have given a big thumbs up on this movie and it will be shown on the Federation home planet, the one we (some people) call "Beatlejuice" as well as the M 51 Planet and also on the Purple Planet, which is significant because of all the refugees they have there from Aldeberan IX meeting its demise over 45 years ago.   Other Regions of the Federation have not yet been heard from yet.  The whole "flood thing" itself deviates from Federation Loore- - but the characters of Noah and Shem do figure in the "Official Federation version" of this era in earth history and Mal Evans says "It's an important movie for the Spiritual and other lessons it imparts".   Given the way my blogger numbers plumeted yesterday, I have nothing to lose by going "off the rains" a little bit today.

Burt Lombard this morning approached me about "Making more about my early childhood public in my blog" saying 'It's a story that really ought to be shared".   I said "Mal Evans has declared it classified" and Burt said "Who cares what Mal Evans thinks?"  Somehow Syd Barret's name came up in the conversation (OK I brought it up) and Burt says "Syd is still insane you know.  He's just not all there".   And I said I thought I'd had a couple of rational conversations with Syd last year, and Burt said "With Syd- - I don't think so" and then I added "Well there are these alzheimers patients who have flashes of lucidity even though their mind is gone- - when they hear music from their youth.  Or that autistic kid who would only be reached when his father assumed the part of a character in a Disney movie that his son watched videos of all the time".   Incidently- - - Burt acted surprised when I referred to Syd Barret as "Pink".  He said "I've never made that particular connection before".

The problem with me and my history with Calvary Anaheim - - or for that matter, my parents- - is that the waters are so poisoned that no matter WHAT I say- - - my motives are likely to be questioned.  Certain people have these "tapes playing in their mind" all the time, about you, and so they are not "In the Now" and not even believing their own eyes and ears.  One of my biggest problems if there ever were to be any "reconsiliation" between me and Calvary Anaheim - - - is that- - and my brother plays a big part in this even though he hasn't been a member there in 23 years next month- - is that "somehow I am not qualified to speak about my own state because everybody knows I'm mentally ill or something- - - and they also know (almost as if God personally told them) that my "illness" is incurable- - and even to attempt to even discuss issues which divide us would be a pointless waste of Time.

Many would reduce Christianity as "The basic historical fact that someone intervened in world history and performed the Miracle of his own Death and Resurrection thus proving he was God, since this act violates the laws of science as we know it and therefore- this act in itself proves that Jesus was God.  They will also say that this act- - HAD to have been performed by someone who had led a sinless life.  The problem with all this stuff about - - believing something because "I tell you do" is that Houdini's wife and some people were gathered at some seance or something and had a ouija board and they got the letters to spell out "Believe" which is to be a message so profound that only a dead person could have sent it.  There were roomers in early 1974 that Jim Morrison faked his own death and was still alive and they played that song 'You're like the calm before the Storm", which sounds amazingly like the Doors.  But then in 1989 or something they interviewed the guy who did the fake Elvis is Alive, tape and he did "the voice", which was so convincing even my own parents thought it was the real Elvis- - and then there was all that mythology about the Orion character in a fictional book- which is supposedly "real life" in desguise.   My point being that Christianity could not have gotten off the ground with a few crazy people's roomers about someone coming back from the dead.  "Something Else" had to be going on.  The fact is that the Christian Myth- - and I'm trying to use that term in its neutral generic sence- - has been part of Planet Earth's history for so long we have all been enculturated by it in ways we don't even suspect.  The whole concept has almost become part of our language such as "Blowing people to Kingdom Come" or "So and so went to his reward years ago".

Now we learn that we were right all along.  That portion of the flight path taken by 370, IF they even flew along the original path- - that area has been exhaustively searched already and authorities found nothing.  I was wondering about that.  Certainly the Chinese could have easily doctored sattelite photos and it's done with UFO photographs all the time.  The Chinese are playing games with the lives of the loved ones whose friends and relatives went down in that crash, just as Putin was playing games with us a year ago when they claimed to have prior information on the Boston Marathon bombers but then refused to share it with us.

We had pancakes and Delores also gave me her plate.  Yadera bragged about how she cooked these pancakes.  They were thin and under-done, but I was hungry.  I had John Fugelsang on after breakfast.  There were these two really attractive women in the studio- - and I wouldn’t mind dating either of them.  One of them was named Maryanne and was running for congress.  This was the opening topic of my posting yesterday.  Because she believes that liberals need to find “God” or some sort of spirituality again, because right now they are scaring people off because nobody thinks liberals have “values”.   I had Ed Schultz on for the first hour.  Then Nora came in to change the linens.  I smoked a cigarette and then went down for coffee in the courtyard and had two cups.  Oddly I noticed the cart had moved off this door, but continued to sit outside in the sun for a while.  Rush Limbaugh was back on the air talking about his “Rush Revere” book.   Nora folded up the thick bed spread on the chair.

I had Randy Rhodes on over the noon hour and also for the last half hour of her show.  Abigail doesn’t trust E J now because she had a dream about Elvis slipping her in for a quick abortion and telling her afterward “You’re not pregnant- - not any more”.   A dream like that would sure get my attention- - and where one where I was tickled pink to wake up and learned it was only a dream.  Dr Chaika seems to be siding with Nicole against Stephano realizing that he has nothing to gain by admitting he let Nicole get the better of him and swap all of that drug information from his private safe.  It’s kind of a burn on Stephano.
