The Republicans Debate on Economics in NH

Tonight’s republican debate was held in New Hampshire, the “Live Free or Die” state, and it was well promoted on the internet. However I turned it off as it was coming up on six thirty. I’d seen enough. I went out to the bakery to buy a large coffee. I endeavored to sign the sign up sheet for going to Wall Mart tomorrow but as feared, Sarah had already taken it down. But I ran into Sarah and told her I wanted to go and she said she had some kind of emergency tomorrow morning and might be gone all day or something and will not be able to take us, so it’s Thursday. I need to change my dentist appointment, even if I get the answering service. Even if I have to buy more coffee at the bakery I’ll still not spend as much money there as I will save by shopping at Wall Mart rather than at Stater Brothers. I don’t need cream or filters. ABC news was on and Jeopardy is beginning now but I wanted to get these remarks down tonight while they were still fresh. Here’s another one liner jab at Rick Perry. After Marcus Arelius delivers his 59 point program to reform the Christian religion Rick Perry tried to be funny and he says, “You know, your religious moral outlook reminds me of the road between Dallas and Fort Worth. - - - it’s - - - uh - - ah shucks! I forgot the punch line! But I know it was a real zinger! I seen the thing on a Foghorn Leghorn cartoon. “Thank you. Now sit down and take your Valium like a good boy, and as long as there are no further questions I’ll be on my way. “- - - - We had a peanut butter sandwich for snacks tonight.

The US has charged the Iranian government with sponsoring some terrorist who wanted to bomb the Saudi envoy. So - - what’s wrong with that? Apparently the embassies both here and in Saudi Arabia were targeted for bombing. But the Obama administration is soft peddeling the whole thing and doesn’t want to stir up hostilities with Iran. I think it’s that old “constructive engagement” argument. In Israel they released over a thousand Hammas terrorists in exchange for one Israeli hostage. Sounds like they got the bad end of the deal. All the same President Obama would do well to recite all the terrorists he’s bagged to impress Republicans he’s really patriotic.

Governor Christie of New Jersey today came out and endoursed Mitt Romney for President. So now Romney had Tim Pawlente defending his right flank and Christie defending his left. He seems like he’s in good shape. Dr. Levy admits Romney will probably get the nomination but Levy has been one for fawning all over the “flavor of the month” and now has been singing Herman Kane’s phrases. “We’ve never had a Black as vice president before” he says. Well, we’ve never had a Reigelian either. So what. If Tina Turner ran for Vice President we could have both a black and a Reigel sixer.

It’s hard to know where to begin in this disaster of a debate that centered solely on economic policy. Rick Santaurum brought out the “drill baby, drill” slogan to get gas out of Pennsylvania and there insued an argument over whether Pennsylvania or Texas had more natural gas. Why don’t they just take a drill and stick up their butt? There is plenty of gas there. The idea was revived by many to “Repatriate” foreign corporation money at the rate of zero percent tax because “of all of the investment in America it would bring”. And lo and behold there was more talk about “Death Pannels”. There is “a general conspiracy to collapse Medicare and transfer everybody to “Obama care”. And of course there was a plum question I would have loved to have gotten. Someone asked “Since 50% of all Medicare costs are incurred within the last two years or life, what observations would you make from this”. I would have looked at the questioner intently and then smiled and said “Well now, what do you suppose the logical conclusion would be”. But nobody wants to jeapordize Grandma’s health care even if she’s suffering from a million unnecessary medical tests and in a hospital room reaking of ether, rather than being at home in her own room surrounded by her loved ones to live out the last two years of her life. Oh no – you can’t diss Grandma. She could still change her will and cut of off of those millions I’m expecting to inheret. We have to play to the constituency. And of course they want no FHA or Fanny Mae or Freddie Mac or any other involvement of government in housing or Real Estate. They played a clip of Ronald Reagan where he advocated raising some people’s taxes to help others. Rick Perry said, “Well those were different times and everybody knows they keep raising taxes and never come through on the spending cuts”. I would follow up with a question, “What are you referring to and where is one example in history of that?” These people like to repeat their tag lines and cling to their Memes. And there was talk, I believe Gingrich raised the point expressing doubts about this committee that if they don’t cut spending then automatic tax cuts will come into play. Rick Perry sure doesn’t want to cut Defense spending. There was talk about cutting off your head and then your leg. Even when a plan is in place to achieve what these people say they want, they will find fault in it. Michelle Obama talked about our spending 40% more than we take in each year. So I would pose the question to her, “Am I to infer that you would institute a forty percent cut this year and every year in the federal budget?: But on top of that forty percent you would still have to make further cuts to corospond to the reduced tax base coming in. Governor Romney pretty much got the best of Rick Perry when confronted on his Health Care record. Romney says, and I agree that “Medical care is best left to the States- - if they do it at all”. And also the Romney plan in Massachusetts only covered the eight percent of the population that didn’t already have health care and left the other 92% alone. I didn’t know that. Romney says now there are almost no kids without care whereas Rick Perry has a million children in Texas who are not covered. The whole idea of religious tolerance was raised in the debate once more. Romney and Christie believe that such talk about “cults” has no place in a presidential campaign in America. And I agree. Michelle Bachman and Rick Santaurum went after Herman Kane’s “999” tax plan big time. One of them said that “The devil was in the details and nothing is that simple, and we all know that 999 is just an upside down 666. That’s going to come back to bite him in the ass in some regions. And Michelle Bachman talked about charging mothers with small children for milk end medicine just isn’t compassionate. Others rightly raised the notion- - Santaurum did it – that the whole nine percent sales tax thing was problematical because once Washington gets it’s governmental foot in the door, they have a path for raising future taxes in that area. And I agree. That’s one reason why I am against a national sales tax. Romney went after Kane’s China policy commenting that China keeps their currency artificially low thus giving them an unfair advantage in trading without a “trade war” ever having to be declared. Romney said he would take executive action in this area his first day in office bringing up China with the world trade organization. And I agree. Others in the pack continued with the failed “Don’t rock the boat” line. Someone attacked Rich Perry for campaigning for Al Gore and raising governmental spending in Texas and also of going into debt and now bond indebtedness is increased by 137%. There are questions in my mind of how much Obama stimulus money that Perry took and claimed it all was his doing. How much did Perry get from Bush? Finally Romney came under attack for one thing he actually got right. Romney wants to eliminate the capital gains tax for middle income people earning under $200,000 per year. Others said “This is even worse than Obama’s plan” and accused Mitt Romney of “attacking the rich”. Romney responded that it’s the middle income families that have suffered the most in the current economy and so are meriting of the most help. This won’t sit at all well with the tea party. And finally the charge was raised that Harman Kane is personally against any audit of the Federal Reserve. As you know this is a major plank in most people’s platform. I would say that the Federal Reserve should be audited after one hundred years of existence. I think no item of expenditure should be off limits for congressional investigation. All in all I’d say Mitt Romney scored the most points and Harman Kane came out the loser.

"Nowhere Man" new from Albert Goldman?

I'll try to keep this brief. People have wanted to probe the mind of Marcus Arelius. I guess the question is if scientists and psychologist endeavored to Prove my mind - Would they find anything there? We all know Albert Goldman comes up with these trash piece biographies on people. Although these have their recurring biases. Goldman, for instances, seems obsessed with the idea that his subjects are all suffering from Mother fixations. There was a Startrek episode where Mr. Data made some bad decision and Captain Piccard says to Data, "You know they are going to strip you down to your wires to find out what went wrong". So the question remains, "What is it other people see about me that I don't see in myself?" Well when I was younger, particularly in grammar school I was always laying mind trips on my friends and "trying to bring them into my world". One might say I had a bit of a Jim Jones personality. Some say that the thing you hate the worst about other people is the thing you really hate about yourself. I was a guy who was always "making plans". My philosophy in life seems to be "If one plan fails, have a slew of other back up plans you can immediately go with". I used to like to draw car designs. I had plans for houses, plans for cities, plans for amusement parks. I did these fish eye "circerama" drawings like the theater in the round at Disneyland. In January of 1970 I forayed into the fourth dimension and somewhat successfully was able to depict that. The proper Euclidian term for this is Poly-dimensional space. Many convictions I hold firmly, but in other areas, I haven't a clue. In 1965 there were a lot of cultural developements I just hadn't made up my mind about. There was this whole Hippy scene that broke on America around late spring of 1965 with groups like Sonny and Cher. I remember when the Kinks were first on TV and my brother, Al remarks "They're worse then women" and I have the remark on tape. I wasn't sure how I felt about what I regarded as "overly sensual song lyrics". There were Dylan lyrics working their way into songs such as "All I really want to do is baby be friends with you" and "Chimes of Freedom". My bias was more tword traditional song lyrics where there was some kind of a moral center and there were good guys and bad guys along the lines of these "Romantic soap opera" lyrics particularly of the girl groups such as the Chiffons, the Angels, Leslie Gore and the Cherrels. These opperated more from an "I'm right and you're a fool" vantage point. Also there at this time was the Jeane Dixon "end of the world" stuff making its way into popular culture, and even Harry Green got into the act with one sermon saying "Cultural progress is not an inevitable thing". And even back then there was creep into the comon culture this Sylvia Brown outlook of death being a place where we need to "go to the light" and once in the Light we will experiance a "Whole new Beginning". The sort of thing that Thom Hartman believes in. I figure "Well what the heck. Run it up the flag pole and see if anybody salutes". I wasn't sure how I felt about the Viet Nam war. I had heard the songs. There was "Eve of Destruction" and a lot of Donavin songs. I didn't particularly agree with any of these sentaments at the time feeling they were reaching over-blown conclusions. Of course a lot of my humor reaches into strange areas. Some people talk behind other people's backs. But at least they are real people. So I thought "What if you talked behind an Imaginary person's back". That would be a new twist. I have had this fear that in the Thousand Year Reign of Jesus, if they did these Rush Limbaugh song update things- - like the condom update with "Up, up, and Away" that the song they would pick out for me would be "I'm Looking Through You". Certain things I find particular humor in. For instance- some Born Again right winger thinking he has some really important Moral point to make, only to get tangled up in his words and trip all over himself. This joke I fell about Rick Perry in the next file was inspired by a "Mama's Family' episode where Iola tells Thelma a joke, and Thelma decides to use that joke at an 'Open microphone night" about going to the Supermarket. But Thelma trips over the punch line and there is dead silence. I tend to be a person with his own ideas of right and wrong. All of my poetry lyrics have a definite Point to them. I guess what I find troubling about the poetry of other mental patients is that it seems to me alltogether too unstructured, too subjective, and without any point to it and alltogether irrelivent. One problem I have in communacating with others is that I tend to take leaps forward in my train of logic, leaving out certain transition sentenses. I'm too many steps ahead of my hearer. But I'd be happy to go back and back-track if they would allow me. I've always been fascenated with math. But in Geometry I ran into the trouble not stating proofs reasoning "It's obvious - - why do I need to Prove it?" I tend to be suspicious of people who won't answer a simple, direct question. I hope this little piece has been helpful for at least some of my readers. This will be the top posting for only a few minutes.

Different Types of Perception

"First they ignore you; then they ridicule you, then they openly fight you, - - then you Win"
-GHANDI

"God is like a coin with very different images on one side as opposed to the other (God vs the Devil) but when you go to spend the coin you find they are of equal value".

"Give me someone who isn't a parasite and I'll go say a prayer for him"
-BOB DYLAN

The following illustrations are an exercise on how each of us brings our own perceptual experiances to the table based upon our prior experiances. Everything in this posting has something to do with Perception. When you have undergone the proper amount of "psychic hazing" we will come back and present the main body of this article.

Oh I wish Hermon Kane were an Oreo cookie
Even though that isn't a way to get slim
For if Herman Kane were an Oreo cookie
There would soon be nothing left of Him

John: This next song is a composition by Dorsey Burnette, brother of Johnny Burnette. And it was on our first album that came out in 1822!
The Invisable man made a twirling motion with his index finger.
John: Go a little faster, Ringo

FH: Well if that's George- - then where is John?
Paul: He's standing right over there. (pointing to empty space)
FH: "Oh No- - - NOT YOU TOO!"
Paul: The Invisible Man has a message for you. He says that he's changing his alias to C. A. Swan. - - Does that name mean anything to you?
FH: Trying to glean a clue from that nonsensical alias would be sheer Murder

William Bradford is just another asshole Colonial governor, who grew up in his youth as just another pathetic Christian. Because of this William Bradford was prevented in becoming the man he otherwise would have become.

Cab Driver: "No. I'm suggesting that you Don't"

OK this last one is the easiest to decipher why it's funny and that's because of the unexpected gramatical Mode shift. There are six elements of any sentense, person, case, gender, tense, voice and mode. This one involved an unexpected change in Mode from subjective conditional to subjunctive imperitive.

Example one is a clear example of the "Oscar Mayer Wiener" principle, for those in my generation who remember the song. And for you young teenage boys I wasn't thinking of excessive masturbation, though I guess it's the same principle so go ahead and knock yourself out. It's the same principle as Lewis Carol's 1872 poem, the Walrus and the Carper, also known as the "Love it to Death" or the Agape principle. If you were once in Christian circles and it happened to you, you'd know it isn't a fun thing. A psycho theripist might well say that Agape is good for two things. It's no good and good for nothing. A marriage is based on first Eros, and then Phila, and then Storge. This last one involves the love of a parent for his child, or the love of a responsible child for his dog. But the Agape principle is illustrated in such songs as "Can't Buy Me Love" and "You Don't Own Me" by Leslie Gore, that contains the key line "And when I go out with you- - don't put me on display". Many husbands deck out their wives with jewelry like one would deck out a Christmas tree with ornaments, forgetting that the Christmas tree itself is an object. It's the "Love It To Death" principle illustrated by that "All Things Must Pass" example where you play one track over and over such as that the record becomes full of snags, such that the hearing of it has now been reduced to a series of sentense fragments that either repeat over and over, or else various key parts of the message are skipped alltogether. (Selah)

The long example exhibits one of distinctly Beatle humor where they call each other by the wrong name. Note that neither FH nor the Invisable man engaged in this Beatle humor, and in the case of FH it's something that he clearly "Didn't get".

A marriage is like that example of the locomotive that Christian pamflets used to talk about with the train of FACT then FAITH then ACTION. People who do any action most likely base that Action on some Belief, whether it's a Belief they want to admit they have or not. But with a marriage it is Eros - Philla - Storge, in that order. Eros is the engine that keeps the marriage going and without it the whole marriage falls apart. For those of you who would delude yourselves that it's otherwise I would point you to the lyrics of "It Hurts to Be in Love" by Gene Pitney, another forgotten Oldie from my generation.

Well, I think we've finally gotten to the point where we can start the main body of this blog. But I'm running low on time so I'll have to get to it later in the day. But you have all this to ponder.

The hippies at the Wall Street protests around the country smell of Barock Obama
Continued exposure to Barock Obama will taint the faboric of America over time.
Barock Obama cam be eliminate by the inginuity of various American corporations
Barock Obama is something which, on my opinion, only anti social people advocate.
Barock Obama Brady has over the years done actions that endangered his relation with the very Hope that he professes to love
Barock Obama Brady's marriage has been so rocky it makes the Roller Coaster at Cony Island seem as tame as a ride on the horse drawn streetcars at Disneyland.

Remark: Even people in science admit the need for God
Question: Why can't something just Be and always Have Been with no actual need of ever having been Created?
Remark: You have just described God
Question: So God is something which just IS and has no need of having been Created. Are you really sure you want to go down that road?

Remark: It's right that the President should take out Islamic terrorist organizers, even if it is shown that they are a United States citizen.
Question: So when a looney thinks of himself as an entire Nation worthy of waging a major war then the United States should honor this man's fantasy?
Remark: Well his actions have proved a danger to American Freedom.
Question: He had no weapons and has killed nobody. So what did this genius do anyhow? Attack other people with rhetoric?

First of all when it comes to talking about dimensions and various types of dimensions we first have to define what we mean by "Type". You've heard the stories about the young verses the old baseball umpire. The old baseball umpire says "They ARE what I CALL them" and this is how it is with computers and types of variables. There certain variables that are instruction variables such as backspace, carriage return, beep or "alert", and null (place holder) and the end of file marker alias control Z, which I refer to as the "Garfield" ASCII character. This one causes the program to "check out". There are string alias character variables, and numeric variables, and you have float verses intiger, signed verses unsigned, and 8, 16. 32, and 64 bit characters. There are also Color variables and these can be in the eight, sixteen and 24 bit varieties. If you fail to grasp this simple concept, then continuing will prove difficult.

Then we must bifercate all the dimensions we discuss into normal and hyperspace. Hyperspace ones take place beyond the speed of light. You may remember that formula Mr. Ferguson drew on the black board in Math class assuming you wern't too drugged out on Stelizine with a possible Vitamin B 12 deficiency. You know that this basic "Cartisian" formula can be "turned inside out" basically to work with either circular or hyperbolic trigonometry, both of which have many of the same "perceptual functions" so to speak. Are you all clear? First of all we cover regular perception or sub light speed. This consists basically as a ten dimensional triangle. There are four dimensions or aspects of THINGS, and three dimensions of SPACE, and two dimensions of TIME, and one dimension of Awareness. You know about space. Most people when they think of Dimensions per se don't have anything in their heads but Space. ( - - - That's an old Jed Clampett joke used against Jethro) But of course there are two dimensions of Time and on this point I'm hoping you racial equality people won't be offended at what I'm about to say. Because when it comes to time "Separate but equal" is the key to understanding it. One needs to underline BOTH of those words. Also one needs to keep in mind that equal does not mean "Identical" but rather - equal in the sight of God. OK? But they are obviously different and never the twane should meet. Also in the eyes of Man there is the hirearchy of dimensions where there is one "Right" one and others close to "Right" and ought to be thought about now and then, and some you can pretty much ignore. Those in the "Right" dimension experiance that Calvinist dream of Divine Justice where effect follows cause one hundred percent of the time.

There are four dimensions of things, at the bottom of our dimension triangle. Things have four natures. They are material and have mass and also possess a gratitational field. This is the only way in which science can come to know and investigate things. Things also have Form. I think a better term here is "Means". This is the means by which these things are constructed in the mind of God akin to a blue print. Having the Means of a thing is not having the Things, but you've done a long way tword bringing the Thing about. The next is that Things have function, or what were they "designed" to DO by God. Many might call this involentary karma for not all function is within the discretion of the subject. Finally things have perception. I use the term perception here in that I am backing off of the objective "essence" quality I listed before. As such everyone perceives the thing as perhaps having a different "essence" from that which another might perceive. These senses include sight, smell, taste, sound, touch, and associated emotive feelings generated by said object of perception. If two people perceive a certain object in a common manner, one can be said to have a Bond with that other perceiver. Thus we have covered nine of the balls or pins in the triangle. We have covered four of substance or "things", three of space, two of time. The final item is "Awareness". Awareness or "enlightenment" differs from perception in that it is the repository of Truth. This ball can be divided into three parts which would be "Sin" and "Karma" or inclination to increase energy, and "space" or the beneficial effects from said increase in volitional output of energy. People who do not have level "orbits" can be said to have a sort of by-polar karma, with a regular set varience. An irony is that speed or energy is a force that when pursued enough, eliminates the need for its own existance when Sin is escaped. Sin can be said to be "Karmic gravity" and it's necessary because God created it. The existance of Sin is not a necessary evil- - it's just Necessary. Once sin is completely escaped one might even be said to have achieved a sort of Nirvana. In this state an object for the moment may "Rest" from its karma or deeds to better itself. Karmic space can be likened to having increased "resources" or options that one didn't have before. One has also by nature with lowered cintrifical force, increased "control" over one's actions as one's own karma rises. With more "karmic space" one is better prepared to take on his adversaries and "control more of the karmic chess board", which is a metaphore I will not discuss here at all.

We aren't done yet. Now we do hyperspace, Here we have six dimensions and not ten. On the base of the triangle we have three. The first is the idea of something or the feelings or associations of emotions evoked. This is the one dimensional realm of words, like reading a book or hearing a host on the radio or listening to instructions in a head phone. These three on the bottom row may indeed intrude into our terriestrial lives here. The second of the three is form. This is the visual realm. One may see in three dimensions and maybe it's four, five, or six. As such the number of faces on a cube by my formula would be 18, 40, and 75 respectively. One here sees spacial form. The third dimension is physicality. While the second may be experianced in seeing a vision drop down, the third can only be experianced in a dream, and a vivid one at that. Here one is no longer an observer but an interractive part of his world. I use the word "physicality" but I define this word differently for my own use than "materiality", which means scientifically measurable. This "physicality" world has no mass. There is no mass in hyperspace but there is time. We still have both kinds of time- - forward and lateral- - however the rule still holds. Strict segregation and never the twane shall meet. Finally we have the enlightenment dimension again with its three sub-aspects discussed in the previous paragraph. Enlightenment only has one dimension. Truth is true. This concludes today's little talk and I hope it has been informative, and a guide to perceiving the world we live in.

Happy Genocide Day

Well it's Columbus Day and everybody gets it off now, even school kids. So the kids aren't in class being indoctrinated as to what a great guy Columbus was. Well, Thom Hartman treated us to a genocidal moment this morning. When Columbus made his 2nd trip to Haiti he decided to take back slaves to Spain. He and his first mate kept a journal and they said that these slaves were as good as gold and one of them would sell for the price of a while farm. One guy got a slave who sexually resisted him so he thrashed her soundly and raped her. They said that the slaves most in demand were nine and ten year old girls. Apparently Queen Isabela said that these slaves would be a fitting tribute to the Holy Trinity or something. Of course the indiginous population was eventually completely wiped out. The culture became so dispondent that suicide was epidemic and women would abort their babies because they didn't want to bring them into such a horrible world. So much for Christian values. Queen Isabela had apparently offered Columbus a live long pension if he had found gold on his voyage. Since the indigionous population was wiped out they brought in a lot of black slaves from Africa to Haiti. But they were one of the few slave races to actually successfully rebel and form their own nation. As such the Born Again evangelists cite the Hatian nation as a nation "cursed by God". We now skip up to the time of the Pilgrims where in 1635 we entered into the Pequat wars, and there was a horrible genocide and burning bodies and people run through spears from their anus to their mouths (?) and I guess William Bradford was there, who was the same guy who first penned the phrase "Shining city on a hill" speech Reagan used so much. Anyhow he described this whole death spectical in his journal and said that it was a horrible slaughter but a sweet victory and "a fitting sacrifice undo the Lord". Now when the Naraganset tribe saw what had been done to their former rivals, the Peaquat, they turned against England. These Naragansit peoples had been the tribes the Pilgrims first met and taught the English how to farm and keep from starving and all of that. "No good deed goes unpunished". But the Naragansit turned against the English and the English apparently fired back with a threatening letter to the Naragansit leader.

Last Saturday they had a "Christian values" sumet as you all know. Mormonism was condemned as a "theological cult", because "Unlike Christianity, Mormonism had an earthly founder". Oddly they held this tribute to capitalistic greed on Yom Kippur, the most holy day in the Jewish calendar. So much for the "Judeo-Christian ethic". Yom Kippur is a day of humility and fasting when an observent Jew takes stock of his life the past year and contemplates his sin. Of course according to one speaker at the summit - -"The two greatest threats to Christian values today in America are Islam extremism and homosexuality". This is because "homosexuality is a threat to religious liberty" or something. Of course the right wing has been referring to the "dirty and unwashed masses" that are protesting Wall Street. Kane says the solution to being impoverished is not to blame the economy or Wall Street but "Just go get a job". As you will remember that Newt Gingrich declared that "The problem with the high unemployment rate could be solved if we just cut all of these people off unemployment so they would be forced to get themselves jobs". And they will say that "Roosevelt's policies didn't help unemployment because it was still at 16.9% in 1936". Interrestingly if we competed the unemployment rate the same way now as we did then, ours would be 16.1% The implication here is if THEY had adopted the Reagan method of accounting, THEIR rate would be considerably below 16.9% in 1936. They say that "governmental programs" will never lower the unemployment rate. But what was World War II is not a "Governmental program"? In a 1913 Supreme Court ruling they said that "child labor is a good thing and prohibiting it would be a violation of the "child's right to contract"". That's the sort of thing that happens when you're too much a purist.

Some of you want to know a little more about the socialogy of the Federation. Well, there are a lot of Franc-o-files in Bela Tagis IV. There were waves of immigrations to the planet and they are a sizable minority constituancy. By the way people talk about "hearing voices". Well, Joan of Arc heard the voices. Unfortunately a certain pastor with French linage was "on the wrong side of that conflict". I make light of the George Bush remark "I hear the voices". I know that remark is taken out of context. He was referring to "voices of protest against him". There is a line in the Alice Cooper song "Caught in a Dream" that goes, "If you see me with a smile on my face - - then you know I'm a mental case". If one person with odd beliefs is referred to as mentally ill- - what do they call a whole colony of people with a mental delusion? Why, a religion, of course. By the way that yellow cat Willis, was not named after my maternal grandfather's father. I didn't know that was his name then and besides I didn't name the cat. FH told me a week or so ago that the planet where George Harrison is now - - - was referred to by local Romulans as the BLANK planet, after the last name of the family that named Willis. I told FH "I don't have any recollection of that reference". Of course you know that Bela Tagis IV was "The Dune Planet" portrayed in the movie. I'm told they in fact do have giant sand worms there. However the Romulans picked up on this whole bit about "the population living underground because the surface is generally too hot for habitation". When "Beneath the Planet of the Apes" came out they likened the underground human culture to the Federation who they labeled as War Crazy and also used mental illusion to win their battles.

One of the most philosophical profound statements Bill Clinton ever made was when he once said, "you know if you're on a farm and see a tortoise stranded on the top of a fence post, you know it didn't get there by itself. This is a variation of the line "He was born on third base and thinks he hit a tripple". But the saying can work for bad as well as good. How about all of those Blacks in the south being denied work or voting rights because of a "grandfather clause" by which if your grandfather was a slave, you are disqualified. What if you are currently in an underwater mortgage because some fast talking salesman shoved some documents in front of your face and you signed them? What if you were born into poverty and are a victim of that whole "cycle of poverty" that socialogists talk about? What if some individual screwed you over one time in your life and the event has affected your future employment carrier? What if you were just plain "born on the wrong side of the fence" under Calvinist theology. According to Thom Hartman if you are economically disadvantaged- - you not only have your environment but God Himself of his own foreknowledge and sovereignty has pre-ordained you to Poverty? These are weighty issues to contend with. Here's a simple one. Suppose that according to the laws of science you have no "mass" and have to compete with people who do have "mass"? If it were a sumo wrestling match you would lose every time no matter how much you worked out. Gene Scott has said "I never take a chance except on a sure thing". How different is he from the atheist who says "OK, I'll wait till Jesus comes back to become a believer and then I'll be right out there leading the parade". Jesus did indeed make a number of statements in Matthew 25 about showing compassion to the poor, and seemed to intone that this would form a moral basis of the Last Judgement. We keep hearing about "Christian values" out of these right wing "summits" or conventions or whatever you call them. But I'll be darned if I can find any Christian values at all in tar brushing the guiltless and imputing only the highest of morally pure motives to the banksters, international corporatists, and Wall Street crooks.

The Dream Is Over

(Part Two of "Tempting the Fates")

Note how both items in parenthes on this and the last file refers to the other file. What Rolling Stones single has smippets of the flip side at the end of each side. I'll give you a hint. It's on Disk two of "The London Years" boxed set, just a little past the middle.

One thing that Dreams have in common is that they are all things you “wake up from” as in the AC song “Where I am is where I want to leave”. Back in December of 1970 I recorded and sang a bunch of songs, accompanying myself on either the guitar or the piano. I called this collection “Billy Preston’s Dream” and I don’t know why I called them that. There were a number of fractured Christmas carols, with new, obscene lyrics they’d never play on the radio. There was a heavily blasphemous theme to a lot of these songs and also the word “suicide” was employed frequently in the lyrics. What is interesting is- - - well, have you ever had two conflicting voices in your head? And one of them was giving you dire warnings about something and that’s the voice you decide to ignore and after a while it just went away? But only to be proven subsequently right? Well this is how it was with me and Christianity in late 1970. Basically I thought the new movement was a bunch of crap. I didn’t even like George Harrison’s “Chant in the Ways of the Lord and you’ll be Free” and talked all through the song on an open microphone. So I had a dream about thinking I was in Hell. That could be scarey for sure. It was that moment of dis-enlightenment when it dawned on me “I’m doomed”. But it was only a dream. It wasn’t reality. John Lennon contrasted reality in his own life verses Dreams in the song “God”. Also, “Working Class Hero” is in that song selection I recorded. But I do change one lyric to “Your parents bug you till you are eighteen- - then they throw you out into that capitalist scene”. John Lennon’s lyrics are better. But then a voice of enlightenment (turning out to be Stewart Sutcliffe later on) kind of dawned on me as I got to thinking. “You know, Christianity is not without its moral problems”. For instance that Dylan song about “I wish for just one time you could stand inside my shoes”. There is an absence of empathy or “putting yourself in the other person’s place” in Christianity. “Walk a mile in my shoes” is an Indian saying; it isn’t Christian. Also there is a problem that is “lack of specificity”. Pastor Mark used to refer to it as “God meeting you where the rubber meets the road”. With most Sunday sermons the preacher expects you now to go off to Fairy Land or something where you never run into real people or real situations. Another major moral shortcoming of Christianity was voice by me in one of my “wise sayings” to the effect that “When contemplating whether you should do something or not- - ask yourself the question “What if everyone in the world did this?” If the answer is a negative one, which it often is with Christians, then you shouldn’t do it. Even Pastor Mark himself said “I’m glad there is only one of me”.

I want to “Get Back” to a conversation yesterday at the lunch or dinner table where I had to show off my knowledge. You-know-who was talking with Andrew about his new serotonin uptake medication. And Andrew says “The drug doesn’t seem to have any side effects”. Other than sudden suicide or committing mass murder, I guess not. And I chimed in “You know they say that alpha males of almost any animal species under more stress in their leadership roles than do other more passive animals, and they have more serotonin in their system”. And she said “You know I can believe that. I found leadership stressful the one time I did it”. I’d like to talk a little about the Romulans and why they may have really turned down that alliance with the Ionians a few years ago. The Ionians are one group the Federation has been scared shitless of for the past three or four thousand years or so. But I think in the end, the Romulan people just did not have a “taste for war:, It’s a case of “been there- - Done that”. Arguing against my own theory (something I’m good at) is the case of “JR” who was bumped off by the Mafia because he “wanted out” and was threatening to talk. His position would have been more secure if he still had had a little more power then he presently did. (no, not JR Eweing) Being “Hey number one- - king of the hill - - top of the heap” isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be. Chuck Smith once said “One group has all the money at a certain time and then all the other groups conspire until they still the money from that group and then they have the money for a while till somebody else steals it from them”.

According to Chris Carter on Breakfast with the Beatles, “Watch Your Step” is a song that was recorded in 1961. Well, 1971 is more like it. This song you can tell by the sound engineering was obviously recorded around 1970 or 1961 and the idea of John Lennon hearing it in 1964 and doing “I Feel Fine” based on it is completely absurd. Of course Me and Mark Campbell rewrote the lyrics to “I Call Your Name” in June of 1980, the same month I wrote new lyrics to “You Can’t Do That”. They of course were celebrating John Lennon’s birthday on October 9, 1940. John Lennon played the lead guitar part for the first time on "You Can't Do that". Sometimes we run into time disconuities. I remember “Give Peace A Chance” being out in late May, but they tell me it was July. [The following three are add-backs:] ”. [There is some Romulan stuff I didn’t get to. I was going to make this joke about FH saying to Ray Maland “I can’t find Marcus’s face in this photograph of his band”. And Ray Maland comes and looks at the thing and says “There’s old Marcus right there” and circles it with his red pen and it’s an empty chair. “That’s him playing the clarinet”. This is the lyric, “Got to be so good looking because he’s so hard to see”. I remember thinking about how cool the lyrics "Come together - all together" were in GPAC and thinking "You know, the Beatles really ought to do a whole song based on these lyrics". You will remember that "Bad Boy" and "Dizzy Miss Lizzy" suddenly got saturation play on the radio in late May of 1965. This was a couple of weeks before the rest of Beatles VI was released on Friday June 4th. But later I heard that these two Beatles songs weren't even recorded till May of 1965. It's almost like that one George Carlen skit where the DJ says "I have here a song that's so hot it hasn't even been recorded yet and it's already a hit".] I remember playing an old Galaxy tape of my brother’s (Al) recorded around the first of April of 1965. But in the “official record” the Stones didn’t record the song until May. Al explained this to me once saying “Well they re-recorded it and changed the lyrics about smoking”. You know that Mal Evans banned the Beatles version of “Twist and Shout” out of loyalty to the Reigel Sixers. Mal Evans also banned the album “Flaming Pie” because I told him hearing certain songs on that album made me depressed and I didn’t know why- - after Ken’s death- - and a lot of other stuff I was depressed over”. Mal Evans said “That settles it then, I’m banning the whole album”. And he did. Actually Mal did not contact me again for years- - like maybe fall of 2004.

Bill Gunderson was just over here for a half hour visit and he had twelve pumpkin muffins piping hot from the over to share equally between me and my roommate. I’ll have a full report on the rest of the visit but right now I want to talk about a question he asked. He said “What has homosexuality contributed to society- - not homosex-uals, but homosex-uality, in the abstract?” I said I didn’t know. Then he said “If you were to ask the same thing of science you could come up with a whole host of stuff” and he rattled off a bunch of things. Then he asked “What have people like Stalin and Hitler and Jim Jones contributed to society. And when these people talk about Change, is it Change we can believe in?” I said “I pretty much know where you are headed with that one”. But I would like to pose one more question. What has Religion contributed to society? Not religious PEOPLE but religion in the abstract? Religion in terms of “Theology”?

I would now like to conclude with that “Dallas Theological Seminary” alias the Orion Federation- - list of interrogatives to Rick Perry. For instance Job said in the Bible, “I know my redeemer lives”. It’s in “The Messiah”. Was Job referring to Jesus? When it says that God created the heavens and the earth and goes on to say that the earth was “void and waste, and the spirit of God brooded over the face of the waters”. My explanation is that it’s a translation error but let’s let Walter Martin have his way on this one. Gene Scott, Chuck Smith, and I have our own “gap theory” but let’s take the scripture as it occurs “Rat there in the Babble”. Does life exist on a planet that is “void and waste”? So do these bodies of water breed green slime with first individual cells in it and then multi cellular creatures and then higher forms of life like jellyfish, clams, and squid? Is that how God worked? There is a scripture that says “Who is this man with blood dripping robes coming forth from Bossra? Is this referring to Jesus? How about the passage where it says “In those days a man will be ashamed of his visions and say to you “I am no prophet; I am a farmer”. Is this Jesus? How about the passage where it says that one would be born in Bethlehem- - whose going forth was from long ago?” No now does this mean Jesus was on the earth previously. Why does Isaiah say Jesus would be born of a “young woman” but the Greeks later translated it as “Virgin”. And of Joseph’s line was descended from David of what relivence is that if Jesus had no earthly father? What’s with this scripture in “The Messiah” that states that people would spit on Jesus? Where did that ever occur in the Bible. It says Jesus “would have no form nor cumliness that we should desire him”. As you know Jesus was a very charismatic fellow. They called him ‘Jesus Christ, Superstar”, after all. Scripture says that “As for his generation they would consider that he was cut off from the land of the living”. So then the Christian Church didn’t exist right after he died, or by that generation? That could be revealing. It also has the line “Behold I will prolong his days and allot him a portion with the great”. Two things: First of all it says “I Will” mean another Greater than he will Give it to him. And it also says “Portion” and not the whole thing! In Genesis it says that the seed of the woman would bruise the head of (or kill) the serpent (or Satan). So then Satan died the minute Jesus uttered the words “It is Finished” from the cross? What about the passage that says or asks “Will continue to say “I am a god” in the presence of your enemies” and the same passage goes on to say “Behind you will be delivered into the hands of the uncircumcised and die the death of foreigners”. Also it says the messiah would be born on Bethlehem. But in the gospel of John it says that the Jewish priests said to Jesus, “You can’t be the Messiah because no Messiah comes from Galilee”. And Jesus never bothered to correct them. Also it says in Isaiah 61 “Behold I come proclaim the favorable year of our Lord, and the day of vengeance against our enemies”. But Luke omits the 2nd part of this quote. Walter Martin says a scripture without a context is a pretext. Scripture says “I will be a father and he will be a son to me” but then goes on to say “And if he sins, I will discipline him with the rod of my mouth”. And of course we come to the phrase, “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? The obvious question here is that if God really knew everything he would know why he was being forsaken. It also says “By his suffering the many are justified”. My question is the moment Jesus died on the cross, how many people were qualified as Saved. If we believe that Texas pastor that Perry is a Christian and Romney is in a cult and unless you subscribe to all the theology in the Nicene Creed, then I imagine not too many people were saved that first Easter. One can argue if you’re saved by “Knowing Jesus” than many Mormons, Jehovah’s Witness and Seventh Day Adventists are saved. But if salvation has, shall we say, certain more man-made criteria, then it’s a different story.

Tempting The Fates

(Part One of "The Dream Is Over")

Last night I didn’t have idea number one for a blog. I figured maybe I’d hang loose for a couple of days and maybe I’d have some idea for a posting along about Tuesday evening. Bill paid me a dollar just after dinner for two cups of coffee. I gave him the first right after dinner when I made coffee and the other when I decided to brew another pot a little before eight. Nebraska came back and defeated Ohio State, which I was glad to see. I had the feeling Nebraska was made of better stuff then they were showing early on. Of course I’ll rout for anyone against Ohio State. Then it was the Mc Laughlin group. You didn’t learn a whole lot this program. It was Eleanor Clift, Pat Buchannon, that slightly liberal Black guy, and a new conservative I’ve never seen before. After the game was concluded just about 8:30 I switched to Harry’s Law for the remainder. I went to bed shortly after nine. But it was earlier in the evening when the sun was still out on the patio – maybe 6:20 or so I got this brain storm idea for a skit to do involving Rick Perry and Christian bashing killing two birds with one stone. It involved people from the Orion Federation taking over the bodies of people at Dallas Theological Seminary – whom Rick Perry was meeting with for political advice. And Rick Perry has this Jethro Bodeine country hick persona. And he is debating and asking questions with them about the Bible and we’ll get into the meat of that later. When Perry finds out bodies were taken over by more intelligent superior entities he says “Well, you must be some plum powerful people”. There is another time when Rick Perry was confronted with a certain scripture on homosexuality it wave him pause. As you know Jesus is quoted as saying “There are some who are eunichs because they were born that way, and others were made eunichs by men, and others are eunichs for the Kingdom of God”. And Perry looks at that scripture says “It’s sure as shootin’ seems this passage is referring to gay people”. This whole skit could be viewed as either a take-off of either John Kennedy before the Baptist group or else John Denver being interviewed by all those “religious leaders from virtually every religion” and blowing them all out of the water.

As you know I’ve had a lot of unsetteling dreams lately. I was calling out “Help - - Help!” about three or four times at the end of the nightmare the other night. I hope no one heard me. Of course “Help” is the 56th song released by the Beatles on an EMI album so there is that number again. Anyhow last night I dreamed I have suffered some indignity that really upset me and I was enraged about it. And we were having some major family dinner at parent’s house (where I grew up) and I interrupted the conversation by bringing it up and going on and on about it in a regular rant and everyone else was embarrassed. [Blank] and [Blank] and [Blank] were there; I knew that. But there were a lot of others who I knew in this dream, but not not in reality. (The last time you saw them together as a family had to be about 1995 or something) Anyhow it became sort of a snow ball. And then even when I wanted to back track I couldn’t. And they were going to have me declared mentally ill and were going to ship me off somewhere real soon. But I went to bed that night (oddly with my bed facing the opposite direction from normal) and I would wake and there would be all this electronic stuff on the floor, and all the grounds seemed strewn with new electronic merchandise and there were some wrappings and there were light bulb signs that lit up- - and I’d wander around the house and find that I was still going to be committed. And then I really began going insane and hillucenated a lot of stuff and was incoherent to all I walked to. And I felt increasingly alone and isolated. And time would pass - - days – and sometimes in the night I would wake and pray I’d woken from a dream, but it would turn out that I hadn’t. And I remembered back to some date on a calendar a while back, when I remembered on a certain date I would “be judged”. And now the days kept going by- - . And I wandered around. And I was at some small carnival or something with these booth games just wandering around aimlessly. I think by now I was invisible and couldn’t talk to anybody. And there was music playing from some song I’d heard on the radio lately but couldn’t place. And I thought about stuff and tried to decipher what it all meant and would things ever change. And then I said almost under my breath “Good Lord, I’m in Hell”. And a moment or two I was out of the dream. But as I lay in bed I was sensing some “force” trying to pull me back into the dream. And I mused to myself “Perhaps it wouldn’t be a good idea to do that anti Christian skit. After all I don’t want to tempt fate even if I don’t believe in it myself”. It’s an interesting proposition to ponder that this physical life we all live in is only someone else’ dream. Besides that “other life” in San Barnerdino, there is another life I’ve flashed on. This one involves some guy who graduated HS in 1967 and went on to be an Oceanographer at the University of San Diego and later he lived in an apartment in San Francisco near the north shore with the hill slanting down and to the north. Also there is some scene on some really cold morning (presumably in winter) where some Jefferson Starship song was playing from somewhere but- - it was a later Grace Slick song not done with the Airplane. I have pondered that Dorian might well be a year older than I (and some evidence suggest this) if one is even going to allow for the existence of Dorian to begin with (like Icrius fans in Astronomy) and it assumes Dorian did NOT drown off the Pales Verdies coast.

In the morning I didn’t wake up till 6:33 and I didn’t even make coffee before breakfast, but I did afterwards. I turned on the Jesus Christ show thinking “I guess I owe God that”. Our Holy Host was talking with a caller about creation and evolution. And the caller voiced a sentiment I always assumed as fact when I was younger. He said “But haven’t certain things always existed and are in no need of a creator”? Neil says, “You’ve just described God”. So as I understand Neil that means that anything that always existed and in no need of a creator is God. The caller continued on this "always existed" vein, "you know- like a block of wood". They may not have been the best example to use. A clock of wood is not a "sensient being" and we are. And Neil adds, “There is no phenomenon or substance in science that wasn’t created by something. (Even scientific laws, apparently) Then the caller and Neil agreed that man has indeed “created life’ in that a virus has been produced in the laboratory. But Neil said “Even this organism had to be created by intelligent life”, in this case, Man. But in this case isn’t Neil diminishing God’s “uniqueness”. And then the caller fell into a common but insidius verbal trap. He went on and asked the fatal question, “But why would such an intelligent force even create man?” Of course some say that "Well, but God wouldn't create a sensient, feeling being unless he were a sensient feeling being". Here you fall into a logical trap. But before you get led down that proverbial garden path dig this: The "answer" is that just as we humans write about beings with super powers, it doesn't mean the writers have super powers. That's the best short explanation. Never ask a Christian "Why". He isn't worth it. That’s opening a Door you don’t want opened. The answer is contained in a Zombie’s song (apt term) called “You Don’t Need Any Reason”. God doesn’t need any reason to create us, and if he were to have one it mightn’t be one we would go along with. You don’t even know why that guy as work is such a jerk and a bozo. What about someone from another part of the country. Harder still it would be to figure out them. How about a space alien being? Picking the motivation there would be harder still. But how about some Being that it not even FROM this universe? Trying to figure the motives here would be way futile. Neil then went on to proclaim, “There are at least a couple of followers of “Mine” working here at KFI, Wayne Resnic and Leo Le Port.

Let’s skip up later to after breakfast when I got a visit from Stewart. He said that there are a lot of Universes that were created but that each and every one of them has basic scientific laws in common because they have a common creator. And he reminded me (and you) that all those billions of Universes eminate from only two dimensions of Time. Just think what you could produce if you had ten. You might stretch it to three dimensions of Time, but in doing so it would imply some quqlitative distinction between different types of lateral variance, and Stewart’s theory doesn’t allow for that. All of this forward, backward and “sideways” time emanates from just two Time dimensions. Stewart went on to say that perhaps some of the claims against Obama that the right has made are not wholly without foundation and that perhaps President Obama does have some sort of “secret agenda” that would prove bad for Americans. Stewart when asked to say he would vote for- Perry or Obama, he said “That’s not a choice I want to make”. He said however that if Joe Byden were head of the ticket he would vote Democratic then at the bat of an eye. Stewart said that Obama was a Sutteran, as are by the way people such as Bill Clinton and also “Bill and Emily Harris” (code names for my parents). He also warned against my talking to Janet saying she was a Sutteran and “Do not make revealing comments to her and neither believe one word that comes out of her mouth”. It dawned on me that rather than Stewart becoming a disciple of Neil’s that perhaps Neil ought to become a disciple of Stewart’s. Stewart then went on to make the remark, upon hearing the birthday thing on KLOS that “You I don’t think Sean has the first idea of what his father John is really like”. I would disagree with that statement only to make it “Was like” rather than “Is”. The word “Is” implies that John and Sean are not NOW spiritually “connected” from either end of the relationship. I guess a lot of Stewart’s warnings to me could be summed up in the morphed song lyrics of “I know George Bush hurt you bad, but hell, that was way back when. Do you still have to carry that Barock Obama sticker on your car- - ? RIP IT OFF. Stewart also stated that the Sutterans are hated by virtually everybody including Alcyonne, the Romulans, and the Federation. They are born liars, deceivers, and manipulators. They also have their “antitype” on that Star Trek episode from 1992. So I heard the term “Sutteran” used there before I heard Mal Evans use the term”. There is an almost mirror relationship between Barock Obama’s fortunes and my own fortunes. When he’s up; I’m down and when I’m up; he’s down. And if I want to insure that I’m up, it’s to not “Fight his battles” for him but to let the dumb cluck bail himself out of his own problems. I think if you just “Drop” something you’ll find that your burden is lighter- - if you don’t have to think “Well, how will the President’s apologists put a pleasant face on this or that political blunder?”. Good point.

Jerry Brown signed “the Dream Act” yesterday. It should rather be called the Nightmare Act because now illegal aliens will have precedence over our own kids for getting into California colleges, and this is not fair one bit no matter how you slice the cookie. Resources are too short. Of course you know that the President is hampered because it’s government jobs that are cut while the private sector grown. So the figures still don’t look good. If the President wants to tout his accomplishments - - let’s see him try. Most Americans believe they are economically worse off now than under Bush.

We want to pay tribute to Al Davis who died at his home at age 82. As we said on the last file, Al Davis WAS the Raiders. We in football owe him a lot. Davis started off as a coach and then moved up through management. He was responsible from the Raiders coming to Los Angeles, and later was responsible for their moving back to Oakland, where they are respected and appreciated. And people in Irwindale paid him a lot of money for a franchise and when it didn’t happen, Davis kept the money. Most BOSC mates were Raiders fans in Super Bowl runs, though Jim Cooper was routing for the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl 1984. I’ll end part one of the posting here.

The Raiders won the game over the Texans 25 to 20. We at the ZAC refer to the Raiders as the “Black and Silver” like the BOC song, rather than the “Silver and Black

Checking In

This morning Thom Hartman was barely on and they switched to coverage of the Kings – Rangers ice hockey game. The Kings won 3 to 2 I believe. So it was Rush Limbaugh time. Nearly two hours of Rush Limbaugh is more torture than any man should have to take. It was like listening to the raving ramblings of a mental patient, like you know who in the “Cane Mutiny” movie at the court martial trial, twirling his ball bearings. Maybe he should put them back in his brain. Just to refresh your recollection he would string together all these free-form sentences or “ejaculations” if you will with absolutely no connection to each other and each one is based on the vaguest of imuendo to begin with. Rush was going on and on about “Citizen Kane” and how since he’s Black he’s a traitor to his race if he tries to better himself and instead of being in school and getting his business degree, and becoming one of the one percenters, he should have been out protesting. Because we all know the government wants to keep all Black people enslaved on Welfare and Social Security- - which are socialist experiments. He said that none of the people at the Wall Street protests “have never contributed a thing to American society or created any jobs” and they’re all leeches and paracites and idiots who don’t know why they are even there but they are being manipulated by some master-mind socialists in the Obama administration. And President Obama takes his marching orders from Sol Allinsky. I guess I’d like to know is what Rush Limbaugh has ever “built, or invented”. On the first caller of the day Rush took off on a mad rant. The caller had said “What if it turned out Justice Ginsburg had taken money from Move-on, the same way Clarence Thomas’ wife is in bed with the Heritage Foundation and all these other extremist groups?” Well Rush Limbaugh tagged him as a “seminar caller” and says that Justice Thomas doesn’t have a biased bone in his body and there are no grounds for impeachment. Then he took off on the governor of Pennsylvania and all manner of other cases nobody but he had even heard of. He’ll mention this really obscure stuff and then go “How come the Media isn’t calling this a conflict like they are with Clarence Thomas? He then went on to say that Obama wants to wreck the economy to “fulfill the socialist agenda” with this Jobs bill he is proposing, and how Obama should realize these Rich people are tired of the President raising their taxes and creating job uncertainty. He then began talking about regulations and the Obama Health Bill. Then he said “President Obama wants a quick Supreme Court ruling on health care so that he can portray himself as a Victim in next year’s election as an explanation of why the economy is so bad”. And he did mention the arrests in New York. Apparently the demonstrators wanted to march down Wall St itself, which apparently is never allowed. So the cops use their batons and pepper spray the protestors and just go nuts. And Rush mentioned being a fan of Weird Al Yankivick, which strikes me as strange. Another line I was going to use in the Walrus story is the one about God saying “You know, Voltaire had me pegged correctly. He said that I was a comedian playing to a straight house”.

Meanwhile on the commercial break we had the Holy Host of Sunday’s show talking about going through “different seasons” in life, and how you shouldn’t try to rush through them. The trouble is in Jesus land, to quote a famous person, “It’s winter there all the time, but it’s never Christmas”. You know, Christians are like people who listen to “All Things Must Pass” so many times the record becomes full of snags, such that it has become unplayable. So they repeat the same fragments that were once part of a message over and over ad nausium. (Selah) You know it was Chance Gardener who said “If the roots [of the economy] are strong, there will be growth in the spring”. But we know John Mc Cain was lying in September of 2008 when he said that the fundamentals of the economy were strong. Therefore it doesn’t matter when “Spring” arrives, nobody will be able to take advantage of it. This is how it is with people with a hex on their lives, either from their own doing, or from the actions of others. I would like to think I am entering some sort of “Spring” where a number of problems are behind me. Relations with females are still problematical, as witness that dream I had the other night”. No, the dream wasn’t reality but sometimes subconscious fears are just as bad. Do I even have what it takes to have a long, abiding relationship with a female that others in society would call “respectable”? You know that relations with you know who “In her high heel sneakers, and her low neck sweater” seem to be going south. And I have to say it. It isn’t her, it’s me. As I said previously she strikes me as a woman whose “looking for the man of her dreams” to quote another Mc Cartney song, and I know I’m not it. I don’t know. Maybe I’m still holding out for that Islamic pipe dream of 72 young virgins. I’m too conscious of my age.

OK this is John Kerry reporting for duty, Sir. The question is – has Dr. Levy completely checked out? Why wasn’t he here on Monday? Sara said over the PA that Dr. Levy would be here on Saturday. But Saturday is Yom Kippur according to Thom Hartman or something and what Jew is going to work on Yom Kippur? Again September in the three times we did meet were travelogue episodes. We talked about New York and Chicago two of the sessions and saw that Video taken in India on the other session. I did not post yesterday and might not post today. But at least I’ll compile material for a posting. There are typos that I need to note in that Walrus story. First of all there is a reference to Jim being a long man sitting on a bench, where I obviously meant to say a Lone man sitting on a bench. Reminiscent of that lone man sitting by himself when General Patton visited that hospital. And also I should have quoted the Walrus of saying “They ran out” (of oil) and I have “can”. Also there is one place near the end where I write “hour” when I meant “out”. And there are other bits I left out. For instance one time when God tells the Walrus “I want to talk about your one time brother” and the Walrus goes “Raymond?” And there is talk of Raymond dying of an aggressive brain tomer. And then the Walrus says, “It’s too bad he couldn’t have had a nice, passive docile tomer”. And then to guild the lily a little - I go on to say “I remember when I was just a little kid and Raymond would come to my bed side and sing me to sleep each might and he would sing “Lollypop” and he would make that popping sound real good”. Of course that exchange would be a parody of “Rain Man”. Then there is the whole question about whether a father would name his son after a candy bar. Not unless he regarded him as over-priced, a little nutty, and Donna Reed would not get along with him. But in defense of Donna Reed, I didn’t like coconuts either when I was a really little kid. It was an acquired taste. And another story I didn’t relate for the obvious reason that it didn’t happen. It’s just one of those stories circulating around the Federation. It goes when we were driving out here from Chicago in August of 1962 we stopped off and visited this certain family in Dallas with a bunch of girls of various ages. And - - well the Walrus is roomered to have made a really dumb remark to the oldest daughter, Debby. But he would have only been eight at the time and if it happened at all it was not on any occasion where I was present. We didn’t even go through Dallas. I have never been through Dallas. On both going to Chicago and from Chicago we went via the Colorado Rockies. When I went with Jim Cooper in late September of 1980 we went and stopped at Las Vegas briefly. And from that city Jim thought it would be better to take a more northerly rout hitting the Rockies. (By the way that’s the last time I’ve ever been to Las Vegas) And by the middle or later of October, the weather had cooled off considerably. So on the way back I wanted to go through Dallas but Jim didn’t want to. I kind of got the idea he had bad memories there. So we stayed on Rout 66 and went through Winslow, and Flagstaff and Kingman and all those cities.

We do want to pay our regards to Steve Jobs. I was thinking of calling a posting "Brrr!" it was sure cold yesterday. It was only twenty degrees or so below normal. And mention the recurring nature of the number 56 three times in our recent writings. But then "Brrr!" also adds up alphabetically to a 56 so maybe the weather was sending us a message yesterday. Since he’s died I’ve gotten about as many messages from him as I have from Jimmy Hoffa, which is zero, zip, nada. But I would like to think that before he died perhaps I was channeling just a little of his enlightened brilliance in my writings. I thought of another question. There is one person in the mafia who met an untimely death whom the Federation says “We have gotten much “deep background” information about the mafia from him”. Name me that lone individual the Federation was referring to. We’re going to do just one of the original three trivia questions I had planned. This one is easy. You can about look it up in Firefox. Kurt Cobain became a Romulan after he died. Who spent a number of months mentoring him and showing him around and also giving me a build up so that when I actually met him I was immediately put as ease? I’ll give you that answer but first here is one more question. Name me two more groups that are Bela Tagis IV rock groups. OK, that’s too hard. I’ll tell you. The Animals and the Rolling Stones are two good answers there. And the answer to our mystery question is John Lennon. Both John Lennon and Kurt Cobain have the original DNA of their avatars. They look identical to how they looked in life. I know, the whole "Avatar" thing seems a little whackazoid to most people.

I'm going to vastly shorten up and change this paragraph from that I previously elaborately planned out. You don't have the time. I'll just say that if our own Federation scenario were playing out accurately right now we would already be in a war with Iran. And after the war there would be a period of extended polution and civil liberties crisis in this country through the late thirties. At that time there would indeed be one of those "Revolutions" that Thom Hartman dreams about. In the early 2040's there would be a true - "Spiritual" revival in America and a lot of people would finally see the Truth about a lot of things. And there would be a Luke Skywalker hero character who in 2061 would be one of the first Starship captains of a ship with "warp capabilities' traveling faster than the speed of light. The whole "61" thing is kind of - - OK it's the year Ernest Hemmingway committed suicide and it's Hemingway. Sounds strange, doesn't it. But what I was going to talk about at length was the Federation contacting me - - after an extended hiatus, and it was to announce the pregnency and then birth of this wonder child in 2005. My response to Mal was,"Fool me once, shame on You; fool me twice, shame on Me".
